Configuring for English

Posted by Joseph Wolff at February 27. 2008
Hello,

Is there a "how-to" or an easy config setting for turning on English in all the menus, the greeting screen, and the center (white) frame of the embedded web pages?

Thanks,
Joe

I am using va_business 0.93, and trying to use vs_team 1.0+ under KVM (but installing it from CD image is much more difficult than simply using the va appliance image with va_business 0.93!).

I understand the inconvenience of using LiveDVD in place of virtual images. But as I explained in this post, we are not in condition to propose that for the moment.

Did you give a try as explained this post for KVM problem ?

After a "good" boot, you can execute <Xfce4 menu><VAFEO><Vafeo Help> to start configuring vs_team.

Can you post more details about the difficulties of using vs_team ?

Thank you for your participation.

Franklin,

Thanks, yes, I will try the ide=nodma soon to see if I can get the live DVD working, but my original question in this post, (at the top), is:

for va_business 0.93?

Also, would it help if I were able to offer a repository for your 1.0+ images of the va_* appliances?

Thanks,
Cheers,
Joe

Hi Joe,

(white) frame of the embedded web pages?

There's no "howto" for these in vafeo-0.93. We'd done something in vafeo-1.01 but it's not yet perfect.

And thank you for your propositions of a repository, we'll study that for the next versions of vafeo.

Cheers,

Franklin
