In testing the vs_team 1.01 'LiveDVD', that is marked to work with KVM, Parallels, etc,

I find that vs_team does not work with KVM -

I get 'HDC Timeout' repeated over and over.

I am running KVM 60, on Ubuntu 8.04 Hardy.

The LiveDVD of vafeo were tested under:

- Boot with LiveDVD

- Parallels

- VMWare Server

- VirtualBox

Theoretically they should operate KVM but apparently this is not the case!

For the 'HDC Timeout' error, can you try the following procedure:

- Enter to grub at boot (by entering several <escape> keys during startup)

- Enter "e" to modify vafeo boot item

- add "ide=nodma" parameters to "kernel" line

- Press "enter" then "b" to boot

You can also test vs_team 1.01 'LiveDVD' under one of these environements : true LiveDVD, Parallels, VMWare Server or VirtualBox.
